From alternator testing to complete engine rebuilds, inventory management to technical training, Auto Parts Central divisions are very diversified in the services that they can provide. It has always been our philosophy not to compete against our valued installer customers, (we do not and will not do vehicle repairs) but to provide them with the services that will help them become successful in their operations.

Machine Shop

From an outboard motor to an eight cylinder engine, from turning down a brake rotor to rebuilding a complete engine. Our branches with machine shops will be able to serve all your needs.

Knowledgeable Staff

The staff of Auto Parts Central is there to help. From delivery driver to branch manager, service is their number one goal. Working late? We have after hours call in numbers. Counter staff attend a numerous amount of training sessions and in most cases are ASE certified.

Training

Throughout the year in conjunction with the manufacturers Auto Parts Central holds technical training seminars. These clinics are designed to help the technician keep abreast of what is happening in the ever-changing automotive industry. As well seminars in garage management are also offered. These seminars provide the owner or service manager with helpful hints to help their business become more profitable.

Banner Programs

Bumper to Bumper 1 Stop Service Centres are independent repair outlets. Due to their ability to purchase products from Bumper to Bumper, they are able to offer brand name products at competitive prices.

The AC Delco “TSS” (Total Service Support) is an installer loyalty program, which provides the repair facility with technical training by factory trained technicians. Have your technicians on the forefront of automotive technology with the training they will receive if you sign up in this program.

Technology

“DAVE” is software that enables our customers to link into our computer system via internet. This gives them full access to our electronic catalogue to look up parts, check our inventory, pricing and order parts instantly.
